All systems come with complete three year in-store parts and labor warranty along with free in-store software support during your warranty period. We also offer free lifetime telephone support for the original owner of the system.

Laptop Systems:
Renaissance Computing is an authorized dealer for Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop computers.
Lenovo is one of the top rated (if not the top rated) laptop companies on the market. The Thinkpad (formally the IBM Thinkpad) is their premiere line of laptops. Considered to be a business/enterprise laptop, these differ greatly from the cheaper consumer notebooks generally sold online and at the "Big Box" retailers in both quality and performance.
As an authorized dealer we have access to the entire Thinkpad line and can even custom design a system specifically for your needs. We also search the pre-built product lines for the most attractive offerings based upon performance and value.
After discussing with you your planned uses of the computer, we can help you zero in on the model that best suits your requirements. We usually feature at least four different models in stock at any time which we feel will generally meet most of our customers criteria. We are also happy to special order a unit for you if what we are currently featuring does not meet your needs.
While hardware warranties on the laptops are determined by the manufacturer, we will provide the same in-store software support for the laptops that we provide for our custom built desktop systems. That means three years free in-store software support and free lifetime phone support for the original owner. No overseas phone calls, no marathon support sessions.......just leave it to Renaissance Computing.
REPAIRS:
Renaissance has a complete repair department that can handle spyware and virus removal, software and hardware repair and upgrades. We work on all brands of PCs but not Macs. As we say in our ads, we have been keeping the other guys computers running for years.
Repair rates are $80/hour charged in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum. We do not go beyond 2 hrs ($160) without contacting the customer. Typical software types of repairs including virus removals tend to run between $80 - $160.
No appointment is necessary but for fastest in and out service, an appointment is recommended.
